Accounting Manager
Temple Ohabei Shalom is looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, dedicated Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. The Accounting Manager position encompasses financial duties (accounting, bookkeeping, budget, cash flow management, payroll), some aspects of human resources (file management, insurance, contracts, workers’ comp, etc.), administrative work and other duties as assigned. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.
Events Coordinator
The TOS Events Coordinator is a resourceful and experienced self-starter who will serve as the point-person and concierge for TOS program operations and logistics. Key responsibilities will include event management, office administration, program oversight and facility management. This position reports to the TOS Executive Director and works closely with the clergy, senior staff and synagogue administration. In this dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented work environment, we are looking for a dedicated, hard-working and flexible candidate with a positive demeanor, cordial can-do attitude, and mature sense of professionalism.
