Co-Presidents Corner ~ Speak Up!

Dear Friends,

We are thrilled that 165 of you shared your thoughts in our strategic planning survey! Please join us for the next step in the process. A community-wide meeting will be held on Sunday, January 28th at 2 pm. There will be childcare! There will be food! There will be lively conversation! We would love to see you there.

Three community meetings will form the scaffolding of our strategic planning process. The schedule and description of the meetings is below. Please mark your calendar! We’d love to see you at all of them, or whenever you can manage.

January 28th, 2 – 4:30 pm: Hear the results of the survey and dig deeper into where we are now

March 11th, 2 – 5 pm: Dream big! Create a detailed vision for the future

May 6th, 2 – 5 pm: Action! Together we will build an action plan for going from where we are today to our future vision

At the same time that our strategic planning work is under way we are also proceeding in our clergy transition. We are delighted with Rabbi Berkman and are so glad that she will be the anchor of our clergy support going forward. We are continuing work to determine what additional clergy role we need to fill for the coming interim year. While the strategic planning work is entirely separate from our clergy transition work, we are confident that the results of the strategic planning will help to inform our long-term clergy vision.
