Barbie takes over TOS for Purim!!

Hi Barbie! What are YOU up to on Saturday night??

Oh… me? I don’t have anything big planned. Just a giant blowout party with all the Barbies, and planned choreography, and a bespoke song. You should stop by.

In other words, IT’S MY BAT MITZVAH PARTY and it’s PURIM, and EVERYONE is invited! Wear something PINK, sparkly, or whatever makes you feel awesome, and join us! 

As we all know, Barbie – and you! – can be ANYTHING – a doctor, the President, a farmer, a rock star, even a Jewish queen of antiquity… So during my party, over delicious snacks and a pretty pink signature cocktail (or two!), you’ll join me, Skipper, Alan and Midge and all our Barbie friends for our original Purim shpiel! We are so excited to share our rendition of one of Judaism’s most empowering and feminist stories: of Queen Esther, and how she saved the Jewish people of Persia.

Also, please consider supporting my Mitzvah Project: bring cans of tuna and/or a box of whole grain cereal (think: Cheerios) and buy raffle tickets at the door for some very special mishloach manot gift baskets. Collected items and funds will be donated to JF&CS’s Family Table Food Pantry.
