It’s Chanukah, and Shabbat–a double celebration. Grab your menorah and candles, and join us for our intergenerational community Shabbat, when we make time to slow down and enjoy being together. Let’s light the lights, do a little singing, do a little praying, and have a great meal!

We look forward to seeing you!

What is Shabbat B’yachad?
This month we’re calling our community Shabbat–Chanukah B’yachad (Chanukah Together.) Chanukah B’yachad is a family service and community dinner that will bring our entire TOS family together for Shabbat. We always welcome friends and guests to join our vibrant community — with its long standing history and wonderful traditions — to share in dinner, worship and song.

Especially for ARS Families:
Family participation is an integral part of the greater Ohabei Shalom community. The ARS curriculum is designed to work in concert with the cycle of Jewish worship, with Shabbat at the core. Monthly Shabbat participation is expected of all students. Dinner for registered ARS students is included in tuition to emphasize this important facet of our curriculum. Please RSVP for dinner in advance so we can plan appropriately. We look forward to celebrating Shabbat together!
