What Our Children Have to Say

B’nei TELEM – Grade 7

B’nei TELEM is a community service and Jewish learning program for b’nei mitzvah students.  Over 300 b’nai mitzvah students throughout Greater Boston are integrating community service into their bar or bat mitzvah experience and making social justice work a part of their lives! In addition to helping others, the students learn about the values that have guided Jews for thousands of years through learning and reflection.  During the year, the B’nei TELEM curriculum provides opportunities for students to see where they can have an impact and in and around the community and, more importantly,  gives them the tools to effect real change!
