Connecting with Community By-Laws Taskforce By-Laws TaskforceThe Recording Secretary of Temple Ohabei Shalom has received a Proposition to Amend the By-Laws executed by 28 members in good standing as certified by the Recording Secretary on November 8, 2009. The Board of Trustees unanimously endorsed the Proposition at its December 2009 meeting. Click here to see the current proposed bylaws, along with the proposition to amend. The Corporation has called a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Temple Ohabei Shalom. At this Special Meeting of the Membership a vote will be taken to adopt the Proposition to Amend the By-Laws.
